Sibenik is located in the cove where River Krka goes
through Prokljansko Jezero. Sibenik was founded in 11th
century. It developed below the monumental fortification of St. Ana. Most significant monument in Sibenik is St. Jacob Cathedral built by Juraj Dalmatinac.
